“I heard the news and I hate to hear it,” stated OU junior safety Steven Parker. “God will look over you coach and I will pray. I also want to say thank you for being the great coach that you were. You have been great to a lot of people as a person and I know you will continue to do the right thing. Thank you, coach. Much Respect and much love."

Vanderbilt safety Austin Quillen added, “Just to see that he's going to have to go through this is horrible because he's been such a great part of my life so far. So, of course, I want to be there for him in some way. But yeah, I would never wish that on somebody and I'm praying for him. You know it's going to bother him; he won't show it. He'll still be a good man.  But, I think he'll just go on living his life."

Jenks and Trimble's church are teaming up for a prayer rally on Sunday night at 8:00 p.m. at the Frank Herald Gym. It's at the corner of 4th and East B Street, East of the football stadium.
