TULSA, Oklahoma - The seven-page arrest report describing the child rape allegations against 33-year-old Josh Wood, a former Tulsa deputy, was released this morning in Wagoner County.

The seven pages describe, in graphic detail, the sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl. The affidavit says the incident happened back in June.

No one answered the door Wednesday at Josh Wood's home near 81st and Sheridan in Tulsa after investigators released the affidavit describing rape allegations against the former Tulsa County deputy.

Wood is charged with felony rape by instrumentation of an 11-year-old girl in Wagoner County.

Authorities arrested him Tuesday, and he bonded out hours later.

“Any time you've got a crime involving a sexual assault it's disturbing,” said Wagoner County Sheriff Chris Elliott. “But when you're talking about the sexual assault of an 11-year-old juvenile, I mean it really hits home because we've all got kids and we've all got grandbabies."

According to the arrest report, Wood drove the 11-year-old to her home to get an overnight bag because she was staying with friends.

The victim told investigators while she and Wood were in the car, he asked her if she knew what sex was.

When she told him no he said he could teach her and had her pull her pants down and started forcefully touching her.

The report also states she told him to stop but he wouldn't.

The details of the assault are too graphic to share.

The victim told deputies that when the assault finally ended, Wood told her it was their little secret so don't tell anyone.

They say she did tell her parents.

"Mr. Wood is entitled to his due process, and so we'll just have to wait and see what happens,” stated Sheriff Elliott. “But we feel like we have a really strong case against him."

As for Wood being a former Tulsa county deputy, the sheriff's office here says he resigned back in January and they aren't able to comment on the circumstances surrounding that resignation. However, we have filed a public records request to find out what happened.
