Two new plaintiffs have joined the lawsuit against Tulsa City Councilor Blake Ewing regarding The Max Retropub Downtown

Two more partners have joined the lawsuit suing Ewing for what they call mishandling of money meant to be invested in The Max.

The amended suit now includes a count of negligence for insurance coverage they say came close to lapsing for the second time due to missed payments.

On October 13th, investors in The Max Retropub - owned by City Councilor Blake Ewing - filed a suit claiming fraud. They allege Ewing used more than $300,000 of their investments to funnel into his other downtown businesses.
