Woman Shot In Arm At Tulsa Motel

Tulsa Police are investigating after a woman was shot in the arm Monday morning. The shooting was first reported around 4:30 a.m. at the Quality Suites, 31st and Memorial.

Police questioned two men who said they were being robbed by a woman and shot her in self-defense.

Authorities say the woman ran to the nearby Ramada Inn for help. She was alert and talking on her way to the hospital. The wound is not believed to be life-threatening.

Detectives are investigating the incident to determine if anyone will go to jail. They believe the incident may have stemmed from a prostitution ring and possible robbery.
