Andolini's Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients: 

• 3 Tablespoons Butter
• 1/4 Teaspoon of Garlic
• 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
• 1/4 Cup Romano Cheese
• Fettuccine noodles cooked al dente

Directions: 

1. Melt butter in medium hot skillet. 
2. Add garlic and saute a minute or two. 
3. Reduce heat to medium low, add cream and cheese, stirring to combine. 
4. Once Alfredo is well combined, add to cooked noodles, top with fresh basil if desired
5. Serve with hot garlic toast.
