A marine charged with rape is on trial in Tulsa County.
An affidavit says a 20-year-old woman told police Jason Dang raped her at his apartment, but she didn't report it until almost a year later.
An NCIS agent interviewed Dang at Camp Pendleton, in California. The agent said Dang confessed, but he pleaded not guilty, which is why he's now on trial.
