The Jacobs Building was constructed in 1918 and served as a respite for railroad workers and locomotive operators stopping in Tulsa, Ross Group says.

Louie Jacobs was the first known operator and proprietor of the rooming house that originally occupied the five-story, brick building.

The Jacobs Building now houses loft-style apartments and ground-floor retail spaces.
