Ingredients: 

  • Tuna
  • Shrimp
  • Cucumber
  • Carrot
  • Jalapeno
  • Bell Pepper
  • Sprouts
  • Avocado
  • Lime Crema
  • Scallion
  • Togarashi
  • Cilantro Lime Sauce

Directions: 

  1. Spread rice on Seaweed.
  2. Add Tuna, Shrimp Cucumber, Carrot, Jalapeno, Bell Pepper and Sprouts.
  3. Using Bamboo rolling tool, roll into tight roll
  4. Cut 1/4 avocado into thin slices and top roll.
  5. Using plastic wrap, cut the roll into 8 pieces.
  6. Top with Lime Crema, Scallion, and Togarashi
  7. Dip in Cilantro Lime Sauce
