Spinach Beet & Citrus Salad

• 4 oranges (peeled & sections removed)
• 1 package baby spinach
• 3 roasted beets, cubed
• Toasted almonds
• 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
• 1/3cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons honey
• Sea salt and pepper

1. Place all of the fresh ingredients in a bowl.
2. In a small bowl whisk together the orange juice, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the fresh ingredients and toss together!
4. Serve with your favorite fish or chicken.
