Slow Cooker Pizookie

• 2 packages prepared cookie dough

-or-

• 4 cups of homemade cookie dough, your choice of flavor
• Parchment paper
• Slow cooker
• Nonstick cooking spray
• Ice cream

1. Line the inside of your slow cooker with two strips of parchment paper.
2. Make sure the parchment paper is long enough that you can easily left out the cookie when it's done.
3. Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the slow cooker until it is evenly flats.
4. Set the slow cooker to high and place a lid on top.
5. Cook for 2 1/2 hours or until the cookie is cooked around the edge yet soft in the middle.
6. To serve left the cookie out of the slow cooker remove the parchment paper and place on a large plate and add scoops of ice cream on top.
7. Enjoy.
