TULSA, Oklahoma - Villanova may have won the NCAA Basketball championship Monday evening, but it was students at Eliot Elementary in Tulsa who took the title of March Madness Reading Challenge presented by the Gathering Place.

We met the final four teams last week, Eliot, Grove, Glenpool and Leisure Park. They had read thousands of books to get them that far in the challenge.

They get some really cool swag for the school and students.

If you'd like to get involved in the reading challenge, you can check out Tulsa Reading Tree.

Area students have read 1.5 million books on their way to the 2 million mark for the Gathering Place to open!
