OKC Murder Victim Remembered With Tulsa Balloon Release
TULSA, Oklahoma - A Tulsa family remembered the life of a man shot and killed in September of last year in northeast Oklahoma City.
Noah Ruff's family gathered at Crown Hill Cemetery on East 66th Street North Monday for a balloon release on Ruff's birthday. He would have been 34.
Ruff died following a shooting on September 23rd.
The man who police say killed him, 32-year-old Darris Brooks, is charged with first-degree murder.
