Two People Injured In Shooting At Midwest City Apartment Complex

An overnight shooting in Midwest City left two people injured.

Police said the shooting occurred at the Vista Green Apartments near Reno and Air Depot.The events leading up to the shooting are still under investigation.

Responding officers said the first victim was shot in the stomach and a second victim was shot in the leg. Police said both injuries are not life-threatening.

Officers said one weapon believed to be involved was found at the scene.

No one was arrested but several people were detained for questioning.

At this point, Midwest City Police are working to determine whether the second victim shot in the leg may be the shooter.
