The City of Tulsa is set to unveil plans for what is being called the "Arena District" on Tuesday.
The district is a 30 block area of downtown, including the BOK Center, the Cox Business Center, the Tulsa County courthouse and the Tulsa Central Library.
The goal is to give people more things to do after concerts and events.
A master plan reception will be held at the library Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the library at 400 Civic Center.
News On 6 talked with people outside Sunday's Tulsa Oilers game about what they'd like to see in the area.
"One of the coolest things I think downtown ever got was the "Boxyard" on that side of downtown. Something like that would be really, really helpful and fun to have around here," said Mitchel Ortiz.
"Maybe a little bit more shopping. I would enjoy that," said Brooklyn Hurley.
Beginning in February of 2018, the Arena District Master Plan effort launched to help develop improvements to the District’s public realm.
