Norman Police say a shooting victim who sought help Tuesday night at a fast food restaurant will survive his injuries.
Just after 7:30 p.m., a 37-year-old man stumbled into Raising Cane's at 3617 W. Main. Police say he'd been shot twice in the upper torso and arm. A customer called 911.

Just minutes earlier, someone who heard gunshots and a "car and truck leaving really fast" called 911 from Cedar Lake Apartments, which is just a few blocks away from Raising Cane's. Police say the victim was actually shot at the complex before he drove himself to the restaurant to find help.
An ambulance rushed the victim to OU Medical Center. He's expected to survive his wounds. His name has not been released.
Police have not made any arrests or identified any suspects. One person was detained and questioned, but detectives determined that person was not a suspect.
Police say they do not believe the shooting was random.
