THE AMERICAN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE TAILGATE TOUR:
The American Athletic Conference Tailgate Tour comes to Tulsa's Hurricane Alley for this week's game. The American Football Championship Trophy will be displayed and some prizes will be awarded.
ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION AWARENESS DAY:
The Alzheimer's Association will be selling special Alzheimer's TU T-shirts outside Gates 2 and 7 before the game. CASH only.
Most parking lots on campus are designated as credentialed lots. Pay lots around the TU campus are available at Mayo Demonstration School (11th & Delaware Avenue) and All Nation's Vineyard Church at 12th & Delaware Avenue).
RAISE THE FLAG:
A new tradition began this year of sounding the Hurricane siren and "Raising the Flag" between the 3rd and 4th quarters.
WAVE THE FLAG TRADITION:
Fans are encouraged to bring back their flags from the first game to continue the "Wave the Flag" tradition. Fans are encouraged to "Wave the Flag" during the team entrance, scores and any other time during the game fans feel the need to "Wave the Flag". Hurricane Flags can be purchased at the Campus Corner Bookstore.
NO RE-ENTRY POLICY:
There is a no re-entry policy in 2016. To ensure a safe and more secure environment for everyone at H.A. Chapman Stadium, re-entry will not be allowed once you have left the stadium. Exceptions can be made for medical emergency situations. This move aligns Chapman Stadium with other FBS and NFL facilities across the country.
HURRICANE ALLEY ON CHAPMAN COMMONS:
Hurricane Alley is located on Chapman Commons and provides fans an entertainment area prior to the game. Hurricane Alley will open at 4:00 p.m. for the Tulsa-East Carolina game. Live music will begin at 4:30 p.m. The Kids Zone on Hurricane Alley features face painting, activities and inflatables, while live music will again provide an exciting game day atmosphere.
The University of Tulsa has expanded beer sales to inside the general stadium area at H.A. Chapman Stadium. Beer is available for purchase at stand-alone locations (separate from general concession stands) on both the east and west sides of the stadium. Fans over the age of 21 will be required to present a valid drivers license at an adjacent booth, where those individuals will be given a wristband in order to purchase beer. Beer sales will be cut-off at the conclusion of the 3rd quarter. There will be two Craft Beer locations serving COOP Brewing products. Craft Beer sales locations are on the west (near Gate 2) and east side (near Gate 7) of the stadium.
Prices: 16oz Beer - $5; 16oz Craft Beer - $6.
Select stands are cash only. There will be some Beer stands able to accept credit cards.
WESTERN SUN KIDS ZONE:
Located inside H.A. Chapman Stadium near Gate 1 (southwest corner), the Kids Zone has inflatables.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS/OTHER VISITORS:
Season Ticket Holders and other visitors to the stadium are requested to enter through Gates 1, 1A, 2, 3, 5, 6A & 7.
Tickets may be purchased at the tickets booths located at each of the four corners of the stadium. Tickets go on sale 1.5 hours prior to prior to kick off. Cash only is accepted at the ticket booths.
WILL CALL LOCATIONS:
General Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Reynolds Center ticket office. TU Player Pass Will Call (Gate 2) and Visitors' Will Call (Gate 6). Will Call opens 1.5 hours prior to kickoff.
The following items are prohibited in H.A. Chapman Stadium: bags larger than 12"x6"x12", firearms or weapons of any type, camcorders, umbrellas, folding chairs, outside food and beverages, alcoholic beverages, thermos jugs and ice chests. Artificial noisemakers of any kind are prohibited. Use of any tobacco product (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited in all seating areas, restrooms, elevators, press box levels and on the field. Heightened security measures are in effect. Bag and purse checks will occur prior to entering the stadium.
TU students are encouraged to enter the stadium through Gate 5. Students must present a valid TU Student ID card, which will be scanned upon entry.
Special entrances are provided at Gates 1, 1A, 6A and 7 for those guests with special needs and disabilities. Handicap Parking is available in the south corner of the Lorton Village Parking Lot, west of the stadium. These spaces are reserved strictly for those vehicles displaying a valid Handicap Parking Permit. Handicap seating is available on the west side of the stadium in Sections 114-117, 109, 110, Section 113 on the south side, and Sections 105-108 on the east side of the stadium. Contact the TU Athletic Ticket Office at 918.631.4688 for tickets in the handicap seating areas.
A first aid station is located in the southwest corner of H.A. Chapman Stadium (near Gate 1). EMSA is present during each game. If an emergency arises, ask the nearest usher for assistance. The emergency phone number for H.A. Chapman Stadium is 918.631.3664 or 918-631-5555.
There are no public pay phones located in H.A. Chapman Stadium.
An ATM is located on both the east (Reynolds Center side) and west (Press Box side), of the stadium.
PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM:
The PA system is intended primarily for spectators' information concerning the game. Please do not request use of the PA system to make social contacts.
Restrooms are located underneath the stands on the east side of H.A. Chapman Stadium. On the west side, restrooms can be located next to the concession stands in Thomas Plaza.
LOST & FOUND:
Lost and found items can be dropped off and claimed at the Security Command Post on the west side of the stadium, north of the Thomas A. Johnston Atrium, under the stands behind Section 118.
Concession stands and food vendors are located throughout the stadium. Main concession areas include underneath the east stands, in the lower level of the apartments west of Thomas Plaza and throughout Thomas Plaza on the west side of the stadium.
FIELD REGULATIONS/PRESS BOX:
No person is permitted on the playing field, before, during, or after the game without proper credentials as issued by The University of Tulsa Department of Intercollegiate Athletics or unless accompanied by athletic personnel. Press Box access is strictly prohibited without proper credential.
H.A. Chapman Stadium banners must be approved the week prior to the game. For approval, contact Nick Salis via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 918.631.3382. Unapproved banners may be removed from the stadium by event personnel.

Requests for assistance should be directed to the ushers located throughout the stadium, or to the Security Command Post (located under the west stands).
