Three Tulsa residents and their dog were forced to flee their home early Friday after a fire spreads from the kitchen to the roof.
Firefighters got the call to the home at 40th and Jamestown at about 2 a.m. They were able to put out the fire quickly.
Investigators say the fire started due to an electrical problem in the kitchen and caused about $20,000 in damage.
The Red Cross was called to assist the home's residents.
