A Tulsa man was bound over for trial in a charge of child abuse murder. A judge ruled Friday there is sufficient evidence to try Sebastian Aguirre Jr. in the death of his 6-week-old son.

A new district court appearance date was set for March 2, 2015.

Police say Aguirre, a University of Tulsa student, shook his son when the baby wouldn't stop crying. The child died of severe brain injury at a hospital in September, 2014.
