Hydroplaning Leads To Fatal Tulsa County Crash

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol say a 33-year-old Collinsville man is dead after a Tuesday night single-car rollover crash north of Collinsville.

TULSA COUNTY, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma Highway Patrol say a 33-year-old Collinsville man is dead after a Tuesday night single-car rollover crash north of Collinsville.

The OHP said the Michael Scott was driving north on Garnett about 9 p.m. when he lost control and hit a guard rail, causing the car to roll over.

Troopers say Scott lost control when the car hydroplaned on the wet road.

They say he was ejected 44 feet and was pronounced dead at the scene.  

OHP said the vehicle caught fire after the crash.
