1 Arrested On Suspicion Of DUI After SE Tulsa Crash, Police Say

One person was taken to the hospital and another arrested after a crash Monday morning in southeastern Tulsa, police say.

Tulsa Police say the crash happened at around 2:20 a.m. on East 41st Street and South 129th East Avenue, when a vehicle turning left into an apartment complex was struck by a pickup truck travelling westbound.

The driver of the first vehicle was uninjured, but ticketed for failure to yield by Tulsa Police. The female passenger, who is pregnant, was taken to the hospital as a precaution.

The driver of the pickup truck was given several field tests before being arrested for suspicion of DUI.

Officers on scene said they were able to determine the driver did not have a drivers license or insurance.
