½ C. canola oil ¼ C. skim milk 1 ½ C. flour Dash of salt 1 can fruit pie filling
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Dough will be a bit oily-this is normal. Place dough into freezer for 15-20 minutes. Remove dough from freezer and place between two pieces of wax paper. Roll to desired thickness. Peel off top layer of wax paper and place dough into pie plate, dough side down. Peel off remaining paper. Add filling and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown. If top crust is desired, then double recipe.
