Baked Eggs with Asiago Cheese

Ingredients:
6 slices of Panera Bread Asiago Cheese loaf, lightly toasted6 ounces of grated Asiago Cheese, about 3/4 cup
6 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cut out a circle from each slice of toast to fit in the bottom of an individual ramekin or pie dish (usually 3 1/2 to 4 inches in diameter). Place a bread circle in the bottom of each ramekin.

Sprinkle about a tablespoon of grated Asiago cheese on top of the bread and bake in the oven until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes.

Place an egg on top of each toast round and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle another tablespoon of grated cheese over each egg and bake until the white is set, about 10 minutes.
