(14 oz.) low-fat hot dogs (1.5g fat or less each), cut into 1-inch pieces 1 can (31 oz.) baked beans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a large skillet with butter-flavored cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper. Sauté until onion is clear. Add pineapple, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and ketchup. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour beans into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add hot dogs and pineapple mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
