Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup self-rising cornmeal
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
3/4 cup cream style corn
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 6 muffin tins.
2. Combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared muffin tins.
3. Bake 25 minutes.
