Ingredients:
For the salad:Fresh Spinach Leaves
Cheese
Red Onion
Mushrooms
Grilled Chicken Strips

Dressing:
2 cups olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except oil slowly. As it thickens, whip in oil.

Add to fresh spinach leaves, cheese, red onion, mushrooms and grilled chicken strips
