3 (8oz) pkgs nonfat cream cheese, softened 1 (6oz) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 c pecans, finely chopped (optional)
Mix cheese and pineapple. Form into large ball. Roll cheese ball over pecans. Place in center of serving platter. Cover and chill for 3 hours before serving. Serve with fruit wedges, vegetables, and low-fat snack crackers.
