Subpoenas Fought In ORU Case

Attorneys for Oral Roberts University are fighting three subpoenas given to the university pilot, head of security and a private investigator. They say the subpoenas are part of the plaintiff's attempt to smear the university and don't have anything to do with wrongful termination.

Three former ORU professors are suing the university and Oral Roberts Ministries. They claim they were fired for forwarding accusations of financial mismanagement by Richard Roberts to the university's board of regents.
