In a small bowl, combine condensed milk and fudge topping. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with pecans and set aside.
Combine instant pudding and milk in a medium bowl. Stir until smooth. Pour 1 1/2 cups pudding into pie crust. Fold half of whipped topping into remaining pudding. Spread over pudding in crust. Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
