3/4 c light soy sauce 1/4 c packed brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard 4 cloves garlic, minced, or 1/2 tsp garlic powder 24 chicken drummettes, skinned vegetable oil cooking spray
1. In small bowl, combine sauce, sugar, mustard, and garlic. Pour into a large zip-top plastic bag. 2. Add chicken to bag. Toss well. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken and marinade in dish. Bake 1 hour.
