Mint Vinagrette: 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 2 cups olive oil 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint 1/2 cup chopped shallot 2 tbsp chopped garlic 1/4 cup honey salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
mix salad ingredients together in large bowl.. In seperate bowl combine salad dressing ingredients. Mix in with salad ingredients serve.
