Pecan Salad

Italian/Appetizers-Side Dish
6 oz curly spinach, trimmed & washed
1 oz caramelized onion
1 oz honey pecans
1 oz pecorino cheese
6 oz chicken breast
bread crumbs (as needed)
butter (as needed)
parmesan cheese (as needed)
2 oz Honey-Balsamic Vinegar
Roll chicken in breadcrumbs and sauté over medium heat until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for one minute at 400 degrees.

Place spinach on plate and drizzle dressing over it. Top with onions, pecans, and pecorino cheese.
Slice chicken and arrange in star shape on top of spinach.
