1 medium spaghetti squash 1 1/2 C. Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce 1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
Heat a pot of water large enough to hold the whole squash. When the water is boiling, place the squash into the pot and cook for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size. When a fork goes into the flesh easily, the squash is done. Drain water from pot and carefully remove squash. Halve lengthwise and remove seeds. With a fork, "comb" out the strands. Place strands into serving bowl. Spoon tomato sauce over squash. Sprinkle cheese on top.
