New developments in Tulsaâ€™s 20th homicide of the year.

Tulsa Police arrested 23-year-old Tracy Courtney Monday evening. He's being held on complaints of first degree murder, shooting with intent to kill, and attempted robbery.

According to police reports, witnesses told investigators Courtney was trying to rob the passenger of a car of gambling winnings early Monday morning.

The driver went to a QuikTrip at 61st and Memorial to get help and call police, but his passenger had died by the time officers arrived.
