The review of how Tulsa Police Chief Dave Been handled a SWAT team report, will not be complete until at least the end of the week.

Mayor Bill LaFortune put Chief Dave Been on paid administrative leave a few weeks ago. The mayor said he was angry the chief had received an interim report critical of the police departmentâ€™s SWAT team and waited five days before passing it along.

The mayor appointed a Tulsa attorney to review the chief's handling of the report.

Chief Been says he met with that attorney two days ago and doesn't expect to hear anything until at least next week.
