OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Members of the Oklahoma House voted to require that neighbors be given written notice if a house is rented to a group of sex offenders.

State Representative Chris Benge authored the legislation. He says state law does not require notification when a group home is rented to multiple sex offenders.

Senate Bill 1755 passed the House 88-1 Thursday and now returns to the state Senate.
