Oklahoma Attorney General Joins In Price-Fixing Lawsuit

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma will join 33 other states and jurisdictions in a lawsuit against seven computer memory chip manufacturers accused of conspiring to fix the price of computer chips.

Attorney General Drew Edmondson said the petition is being filed in federal court in northern California.

The alleged price fixing involves "dynamic random access memory" chips, called DRAM chips, that are used in personal computers, servers and other electronic devices.
