You can own a one-of-a kind computer that gives new meaning to speeding down the information superhighway.

You can buy a raffle ticket for this computer that's been made to look just like a Tulsa Police car. It comes complete with the flashing red and blue lights. The money helps a program that provides home computers to underprivileged children.

You can buy tickets until August 4th at Uniform Division Southwest, Computer Nerds and Oklahoma Police Supply.
