OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The district attorney for Adair, Cherokee, Sequoyah and Wagoner counties declined comment after testifying before the state's multicounty grand jury.
Other law enforcement officers joined Richard Gray in appearances Wednesday before the panel.
Tahlequah Police Chief Steve Farmer confirmed that three of his officers have been subpoenaed to appear before the grand jury, but he doesn't know why.
Cherokee County Sheriff Norman Fisher says state investigators might be looking into alleged missing drug evidence. Fisher hasn't been called before the grand jury.
Cherokee County assistant district attorney Donovan Dobbs is expected to testify Thursday.
Others testifying included Oklahoma Historical Society Executive Director Bob Blackburn and Human Resources staff member Sherri Henderson.
