A former Tulsa bar owner is free on bail. Steve Kitchell was arrested for not co-operating with a criminal investigation.

Kitchell used to own the downtown VooDoo Room nightclub. Two former bouncers at the club are charged with first degree manslaughter in the death of Scott Bolton. Bolton was killed in a downtown parking garage last year when one of the bouncers punched him, and he hit his head on the concrete.

Kitchell is considered a material witness in the case. He failed to show up for the most recent court date, so the judge issued an arrest warrant.
