A handcuffed woman is responsible for wrecking a Muskogee Police patrol car.

24-year-old Sandra Burrows was a passenger in a car stopped for a traffic violation. She was arrested when officers discovered she had an outstanding warrant.

While the officer was issuing a citation to the vehicle's driver, Burrows speed away in the police car. She got less than a mile away before she lost control and rolled the car.

Burrows sustained only minor injuries in the wreck.
