A Tulsa construction worker is dead after a pipe falls and hits him in the head.

The accident happened Wednesday afternoon at the International Bus plant on North Mingo. Tulsa County Sheriffâ€™s deputies say the 28 year old victim was working on a construction project, when he was hit.

Tulsa County Sheriffâ€™s Office Sgt. Willie Lewis: â€œat this point we do know something did fall on him, which we do think is the cause of death but we are gonna investigate it from an OSHA point of view before they have jurisdiction on something like this.â€

OSHA is also investigating the accident.
