Eighteen-year-old Robertina Hellman was murdered in Tulsa in 1991. Her body was found in her south Tulsa apartment. The manager of the Eagle Point Apartments told police Hellmanâ€™s door was open and he saw her head in a tub of water. The medical examiner ruled her death either drowning or strangulation.
