The winner of Tulsa's buried Belvedere will be announced on Friday. The process for determining the winner began back in 1957 when citizens were asked to guess what the population of Tulsa would be in 2007. The person who guessed the closest, or his or her closest heir, gets the car and a $100 savings bond, which has matured to about $700.

The winner will be announced Friday at noon at East Tulsa Doge near 46th and Memorial.
