OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A federal agency alleges that a former employee at an Edmond private prison operator forced female workers to engage in sexual activities with him.

The U-S Equal Employment Opportunity Commmission has filed a federal court action in Denver, asking that Dominion Correctional Services be compelled to abide by a subpoena and provide some documents.

The company settled lawsuits with three other female employees of the prison who accused prison managers of sexual misconduct -- including rape.

Dominion operated the Crowley County Correctional Facility in Olney Springs, Colorado.

The commission accuses the prison's chief of security of sexual misconduct against two female employees in in 2001 and 2002.

Dominion human resources director Carolyn Burgess says the security chief was suspended when the complaint was initially made, and terminated after a second complaint.
