Oklahoma City man arrested on neglect complaint

Updated:
An Oklahoma City man has been arrested on multiple charges of child neglect for allowing two small children to wander away from their home.

A Good Samaritan spotted the two little girls, ages three and four walking near a busy intersection in Oklahoma City Monday. They had wandered 200 yards away from home in only diapers and bare feet. When officers got to the children's home, they found a third baby lying on a couch right next to a sawed-off shotgun.

Oklahoma City Police arrested Robert Tiger who says he was watching the children for their mother who was out for the night.

George Johnson with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services: "We have too many children shot, killed or seriously injured because they access to loaded weapons.”
