(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma basketball coach Kelvin Sampson says Kentucky freshman Rashaad Carruth has transferred to OU and is enrolled in summer school.
Carruth was one of the nation's top recruits two years ago.
He was a McDonald's All-American as a high school senior in Virginia and led his school to the number one ranking in the nation.
He played in 26 of Kentucky's 32 games last season, averaging five-and-a-half points per game.
Carruth will sit out next fall and have three years of eligibility remaining.
