The state trial for Oklahoma City bombing co-conspirator Terry Nichols could be delayed once again. Nichols' defense attorneys are pushing for a delay because of a dispute over their funding.
District Judge Ray Dean Linder has agreed to hear their arguments Monday. Nichols' state trial has already been delayed 4 times. He faces 160 counts of murder for his role in the Oklahoma City bombing and is already serving a life sentence for his federal conviction.
