Keeping schools safe for learning. That's the subject of the Governor's Safe Schools Summit that's going on in Oklahoma City.
More than 7,000 students are attending the summit, learning ways to say 'no' to smoking and drugs and 'yes' to positive decisions. Helping tackle the tough questions was former OU quarterback Josh Heupal. "Its important for kids to understand they can make a difference, they can get involved with the community, give them something to be proud of and a dream to shoot for and get them on the right path to make those dreams come true."
Other issues addressed included bioterrorism, unity and youth safety.
