OSU leaders call for resignation

Updated:
Leaders of Oklahoma State University's Faculty Council say they want the school's vice
president for information technology to resign. They want Vice President Gary Wiggins out over a secret deal to pay two former information technology workers.

The two workers resigned, but were paid thousands of dollars to keep quiet about software taken from Texas Tech University without authorization.

Faculty Council Chairman Lionel Raff says he wants university President David Schmidly to take action. If he doesn't, Raff says faculty members will consider a vote of no confidence against Wiggins. Raff says he plans to meet with Schmidly Thursday.
