Authorities in Stillwater are investigating a report of a rape on the OSU campus over the weekend. Oklahoma State University Police say they are looking into the alleged incident at Bennett Hall, which is an OSU residential hall. School officials say OSU Police have increased security, exterior doors to Bennett Hall have been locked, and all residents are encouraged to be â€˜extra cautious.â€™
In addition, school officials say a safety alert was sent via e-mail to all OSU students and it says information is still being collected on a possible suspect.

All Oklahoma State University students are advised that a rape has been reported in Bennett Hall. The incident occurred early Sunday morning, Nov. 11. OSU Police are investigating the incident and collecting information on the suspect. OSU Residential Life has increased staff and is doing extra walkarounds and taking other precautions in Bennett Hall. Exterior doors to Bennett Hall have been locked and all residents are encouraged to be extra cautious. If anyone has any information about the incident please call the OSU Police at 405-744-6523.
